Recently, the National Palace Museum screened a VR movie, making it seem like the audience crossed back to the Ming Dynasty. Visitors sat in a swivel chair and put on VR head display. Following the Ming Dynasty's emperor Zhu Xi, he marched all the way through the palace and listened to stories from the perspective of the astrology, rituals, and five elements. According to experts, this 7-minute VR experience is a fresh attempt by the Chinese VR industry in the museum industry.“We have linked VR with culture and creativity to make the game better appreciate the scenery of the Forbidden City and the story of the Forbidden City through vision, sound and movement.”The Palace Museum also plans to use AR technology to make the tour more vivid.
